  2. EASEMENT TO LAY AND OPERATE PIPELINE

  4. Ophelia O. Owner, referred to as OWNER, and Peg's Pipeline
  5. Company, referred to as PIPELINE COMPANY agree: 
  6.  
  7. For $10.00 and other good and valuable consideration, receipt of
  8. which is acknowledged, OWNER grants to PIPELINE and its successors
  9. and assigns a right of way to construct and maintain a pipeline of
  10. a diameter of 24 inches for the purpose of the transport of
  11. chocolate sauce, or other substances which can transported
  12. lawfully through the same, on the following described real
  13. property:

  17. In addition, PIPELINE shall have the right of ingress and egress
  18. as is necessary for the full use and enjoyment of the easement.
  19. PIPELINE may from time to time as is necessary make repairs to the
  20. pipeline and during such time shall have the right to locate
  21. construction equipment adjacent to the easement, provided that the
  22. use of this right shall be limited to the minimum disruption of
  23. the premises possible. PIPELINE shall be responsible after
  24. construction or other work to restore the premises to their prior
  25. condition.

  27. This easement shall be binding upon the heirs and assigns of
  28. OWNER.
